Fort Worth Municipal Court Marriage Records
Marriage records in Texas are documents maintained by a County Clerk to prove that a marriage took place. As such, the Tarrant County Clerk maintains the marriage records of all marriages that took place in the City of Fort Worth or anywhere else in the county.
Marriage records are not considered private information in the state, so they are generally accessible to the public. Fort Worth residents can access marriage records online through the Tarrant County Clerk's Official Records Search Portal. A certified copy of a marriage record can be procured from the portal, in person at any of the county's Vital Record Locations, or by mail. A marriage certificate costs $21 for the first copy and $11 for each additional copy.
